| 摘 要： | 1999年,我国国内发明专利比1998年增长87.13%.这一发明专利高增长的基本原因是投资日益转向电子电气设备和运输设备等高创新率的技术产业.因而,确定技术创新的核心产业,将加快中国技术创新的速度,并使中国的技术创新方向迅速融入到全球的主流技术产业中.

| Abstract: | In 1999, invention patents in China showed an increase of 87.13% over that of 1998. This increase is basically attributable to the fact that the investment shows an increasing inclination toward electronic and electrical equipment and transporting equipment, which involve more technical innovation. Therefore, the identification of the core industries involving more technical innovation will help sheed up China's technical innovation and integrate China's technical innovation into the mainstream technical innovation of the whole world. |
