| 摘 要： | 伴随着知识经济的日益临近 ,知识管理在企业中越来越重要。本文从现代企业的角度出发 ,论述了企业知识管理战略的必然性、必要性和发展渊源 ,并以此为基础进一步探讨了当代企业知识管理战略和策略的选择、实施以及决定其成败的关键性影响因素。

| Abstract: | With the approach of knowledge economy, knowledge management becomes increasingly important in enterprises. This paper expounds the inevitability, neccessity and origin of the strategy of knowledge management in enterprises. Furthermore, it explores the choice and implimentation of the strategy and tactics of knowledge management in present day enterprises and discusses the key factors of success or failure. |
