| 摘 要： | 关于我国政治体制改革的突破口的选择,理论与实务界提出了不少具体的方案.这些方案与本文中提出的将司法体制改革作为我国政治体制改革的突破口的不同点在于:前者具有试验性、风险性、改革成果的不确定性;而后者具有规律性、平稳性和结果的必然性,其收益最大,风险最小.因为司法的独特价值是人类文明的结晶,是被无数国家的实践所证明了的.目前我国政治体制改革的最佳突破口应当是司法体制改革.该项改革的成功有助于加强社会主义法治建设和我国政治体制改革的平稳进行,有助于深化我国的行政管理体制改革,改善党的领导.

| Abstract: | As to the breakthrough of China's political system reform,many concrete schemes have been put forward from the theoretical and practical circles.The author thinks that the judicial system reform should be the point.It is regular and stable.The success of the reform will conduce to the intensive construction of the socialist legal system and the smooth progress of China's political system reform,and it helps to deepen the administrative system reform and improve the leadership of the Party. |
