| 摘 要： | 本文在分析"后发优势"理论渊源及其意义的基础上，认为我国西部地区由于经济相对滞后从而形成了广泛的技术性和制度性"后发优势"。因此，我国正在实施的西部大开发应该走一条由后发利益驱动的学习型成长道路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of the origin and significance of the late-developing advantages ,this paper holds that China's western areas have presented broad late-developing institutional technical advantage s because of relative economic backwardness. So the strategy of western deve lopment now under way in China should take the road of being spurred on by lat e-developing advantages and modelling on early-developing economies. |
