经济全球化对世界格局的发展具有双重效应：多极化与单极化，但主导趋势是多极化。科索沃战争后，对国际局势的基本判断仍应坚持和平与发展这一个主题不变，经济全球化与多极化这两个趋势不变。从２０世纪９０年代到２１世纪前期难以形成一个相对稳定的世界格局，世界将处于一个漫长的格局转换的过渡时期。

The New Century World Structure in the Process of Economic Globalization

Economic globalization has double impacts, multi- polarzation and uni-polarizatio, on the evolution of the world structrue, but the mainstream is multi-polarization. After the Kosov War, we should insist on the basic judgement that the international situation is still chaxacterized by peace, and development, and economic globalization and multi-polarization. From the 1990s to the early 21th century, it is very hard for a relative stable world structure to emerge, and the world will experi ence a long period of structural transition.
