上市公司"社会化"问题研究

本文从社会学理论的"社会化"基本概念出发,提出了上市公司治理的新思路即"社会化"问题,在此基础上运用经济社会学及社会学的一些理论,探讨了股票市场重要主体之一的上市公司,作为企业法人其群体"社会化"与自然人社会化的本质及联系,并对家族企业与上市公司两类不同的企业法人治理与社会化问题作了详细阐述.在对我国上市公司"社会化"问题产生的成因及各种表现研究后,提出了如何加快我国上市公司治理及实现"社会化"的途径与方法.

A Research on the Issue of "Socialization" of Listed Companies

This paper puts forward, from the basic conception of "socialization", a new way of thinking for administering the listed companies, and discusses in detail, by using some theories regarding sociology and economic sociology, listed companies which are the main part of the stock market, the nature of and relationship between the socialization of the legal person and the population of an enterprise and the socialization of the natural person, the administration of the legal persons of private and listed companies and their socialization. After a discussion of the origin and manifold manifestation of "socialization" of the listed companies in China, this paper proposes ways and methods to promote better administration of China's listed companies and their "socialization".
