| 摘 要： | 大学城是新时期产学研活动的重要载体,具有改革创新和科技孵化等鲜明特征.但创建大学城必须具备相应的文化和其他发展环境条件,必须选择一种科学、合理的发展模式,必须要克服为规模而规模和急功近利的发展思想.为此,在大学城建设发展的过程中,要进一步明确功能,做好选址,落实行为主体,建立和健全与之适应的一系列政策和其他制度体系.

| Abstract: | The college city is the main carrier of production, teaching and research activity in the new era. It owns the lively character of innovation and sci-tech hatching.But the college city construction must have the corresponding cultural and other development condition, choose the scientific and rational development mode, and overcome the idea that eager for quick success. So, it should define the function, select the site, implement the behavior subject, and coustruct the relevant policy and system in the course of college city construction. |
