中国农村经济法治研究的回顾与前瞻

中国农村经济法治研究是伴随着中国农村改革的日益深化和农村经济法治建设的不断推进而逐步展开的.在近30年的时间里,中国农村经济法治研究推动了农村法治观念和农村法治信仰的形成,构架了农村经济法治的论证体系,提升了农村经济法治研究成果的数量和质量,打造了一批农村经济法治研究平台.但是,中国农村经济法治研究也存在诸如对农村经济法治研究本身重要性的认知未真正落实在行动上,未能将研究与农村现实世界紧密结合,对中国法学发展和法治化进程的贡献率低等问题.新时期要提升中国农村经济法治的研究水平,须进一步提高对农村经济法治研究的重视度,并根据农村经济法治研究的特点和任务,革新研究方法、树立问题意识.
