川渝合作方向选择:区域经济一体化及其经济联合体

川渝合作就是通过政府间合作,依靠一致性的行政力量、政府的政策资源和法规去推动区域经济一体化,形成区域经济联合体,这是在现行体制下实现川渝区域经济发展的方向性选择。川渝经济一体化,首先是成渝经济一体化,建设、确立成渝城市经济圈,形成西南大都市连绵带;形成区域经济联合体,直接取决于川渝能否建构起良性的制度环境、合理的组织安排和完善的区域合作规则,为川渝经济社会资源的优化配置提供一个一体化的制度平台。
