| 摘 要： | 长期以来,关于企业家成长的研究一直聚焦在个人特质、环境等较为单一的维度,然而,企业家成长却是受到多种因素影响的复杂过程.文章通过探索性分析,考察中国企业家成长过程中的影响因素,并将不同维度的因素归类为同一分析框架下的因子,揭示出中国企业家成长的整体影响因子构成.研究以企业家个体为样本,通过三个阶段的调查分析,历时近两年,得出以下结论:企业家成长的各种影响因素可以分为7个因子,并整合到同一分析框架下;大多数企业家创业均受到了2到6个因子的影响;在影响企业家成长的7个因子中,个体特质的影响最为显著.
