地方政府应对网络谣言的现状及问题反思——基于“打击网络谣言”典型案例的研究

文章通过对网络谣言与政治沟通内涵的分析,指出公众参与和信息沟通分别是政治沟通的理念与机制,阐释了二者对于网络谣言治理的意义,由此揭示出政治沟通与网络谣言治理之间的逻辑关联.以政治沟通理论中的信息沟通与公众参与为视角,结合具体案例展开分析,对地方政府“打击网络谣言”的现状作出检讨,并指出了其存在的问题及今后地方政府网络谣言治理的根本出路.

Rethinking on the current situation and problems of the government to deal with the network rumors:An investigation of local government's "Fight against internet rumors"

Through the analysis of the connotation of network rumor and political communication, the article points out that public participation and information communication are the concepts and mechanisms of political communication, and explains the significance of these two party to network rumors management, thus reveals the logical relationship between political communication and network rumor management. Besides, combined with the perspective of information communication and public participation in political communication theory, and the specific case analysis, it reviews the status of local government to "fight against Internet rumors", also points out the existing problems and the future of the Internet rumors governance is the fundamental way out.
