| 摘 要： | 企业家通过创办企业来实现自我甄别,而民间金融制度不仅仅是一个融资制度,而且是一个甄别企业家精神的社会制度.民间金融与中小企业是一种唇齿相依的共生关系,或曰企业家精神与此金融共生环境密不可分.金融共生环境下的企业家精神和民间金融制度促进了东南沿海地区的经济成长和金融深化.

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship can be distinguished by originating a new firm.Nongovernmental finance is not only a financing institution,but also a social institution of entrepreneur screening.There's a close financial coexistence relationship between small-mediumsize firms and nongovernmental finance.That is to say,the entrepreneurial spirit and financial coexistence environment are tightly correlated,which push forward the economic development and finance deepening of the south-east region of China. |
