论述食品工业的特点,对比分析重庆现有三大支柱产业及四大新支柱产业,提出:食品工业最能体现中央跨世纪中西部战略的基本思想,是重庆完成三大跨世纪历史任务和解决四大难题最具战略意义的支柱产业。

Food Industry-Mainstay and Bridge of City-Leading-Countryside Policy of Chongqing

Based on the exposition of food industry characteristics, the comparative analysis of the three existing and the four newly-established mainstay industries, the authors point out that food industry can best reflect the basic thoughts of the transcentury west-center strategy of the central government, it is the mainstay industry which can accomplish the three major historical tasks and solve the four chief difficult problems of Chongqing.
