| 摘 要： | 大学生创业对促进重庆城乡统筹发展具有重要的经济和社会意义。重庆市大学生创业活动发展滞后的主要原因在于大学生创业政策体系没有建立,创业环境有待进一步优化。文章在分析现行大学生创业政策存在的问题以及比较借鉴部分国内外大学生创业政策的基础上,提出了构建重庆市大学生创业政策体系,推进重庆市大学生创业活动的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship of college students has great economic and social significance for promoting balanced urban-rural development in Chongqing.The entrepreneurial policy system for the college students hasn’t established and entrepreneurial environment needs further optimizing,that are the main reasons of lagging development in the entrepreneurial action of Chongqing college students.By analyzing the existing problems of entrepreneurial policy for college students and comparing part of home and abroad entrepreneurial policy for college Students,this paper puts forward the construction of the entrepreneurial policy system,the countermeasures and measures for advancing entrepreneurial action for Chongqing college Students. |
