党员领导干部欲望约束机制论

当前,个别党员领导干部人生追求被膨胀的欲望所左右,在诱惑面前失去理智,忘记了党员干部的行为准则,放松世界观、人生观的改造,价值观发生扭曲,理想信念产生动摇,迷失了为党的事业奋斗的方向,丢掉了全心全意为人民服务的理想和信念,从而拜倒在权力、金钱、美色面前,成为腐败堕落的典型。要加强学习教育,提高思想境界,增强公仆意识;建立有效的约束机制,强化管理,规范行为;坚持民主集中制,强化监督,防止权力集中化;健全法纪,从严惩处欲望膨胀行为等,以加强党员领导干部廉政建设,为社会主义建设事业培养和建设好一支优良的干部队伍。

On Party-binding Mechanism of Desire

At present,some party members and leading cadres are controlled by the expanding desire,forget the code of conduct for party members and cadres,relax outlook on the world’s transformation,lost struggle for the direction of the party’s cause,lost faith in the ideals and serving the people wholeheartedly,bow to the power,money and sex.It is urgent to strengthen the study and education,improve the ideological level,and enhance a sense of public;to establish an effective restraint mechanism,strengthen management,standardize the behavior;adhere to democratic centralism,strengthen supervision,prevent the centralization of power;improve the law and severely punish the desire to enhance the swelling behavior,clean government leading cadres for the cause of socialist construction,and build a culture and a good contingent of cadres.
