| 摘 要： | 文章以区域协调增长为背景,探讨政府财政支出的均衡作用路径,在包含发达地区和落后地区的区域模型中,讨论了财政支出边际贡献率和区域财政支出结构对地区经济发展以及区域经济差异变动的影响,并模拟计算发达地区的最优财政支出规模,超过最优支出规模,将有必要实施横向转移支付,缩小区域差距,并分析其政策含义。

| Abstract: | The regional growth as the background,this paper discusses the role of government expenditures equilibrium path.In developed region and undeveloped region model,this paper discusses the financial expenditure marginal contribution rate and regional financial expenditure structure’s effect on regional economic development and the regional economic differences,calculates the optimal financial expenditure scale of the developed areas whose financial expenditures usually exceed the optimal spending scale.It is necessary to implement the lateral transfer payment,narrow the gap between the areas.At last,the policy implications are analyzed. |
