转基因食品的安全性问题涉及人体健康和生态环境两方面,对其研究的目的在于建立有效的法律制度以最大限度发挥转基因食品优势,减少转基因食品带给人类和环境的负面影响.本文介绍了美国转基因食品安全性的法律规范制度,并分析我国现行的转基因生物安全制度,对我国转基因食品安全性法律制度的建立提出了制订专门的转基因食品安全性法规、制订统一的转基因食品检测标准以及建立转基因食品专利权制度等立法建议,以期从法律层面促进转基因食品的健康发展.

With the development of genetically modified food technology, more and more people pay attention to the safety of genetically modified food.
