民营企业高学历员工激励管理研究

摘    要:高学历员工是民营企业核心竞争力之一.通过对民营企业高低学历员工需要比较,以及民营企业与国有企业高学历员工需要比较,从不同角度揭示出民营企业高学历员工需要的特征.在此基础上,提出了民营企业高学历员工激励管理的六条建议.

Abstract:The high-degree employee is one of core competences in private enterprises. This paper presents high-degree employees' characteristics of needs in private enterprises, by comparing needs of high-degree employees with these of low-degree employees in private enterprises, and comparing needs of high-degree employees in private enterprises with those in state-owned enterprises. According to this, it also puts forward six suggestions of motivation management of high-degree employees in private enterprises.
