基于全球价值链的知识转移影响因素研究

全球价值链为发展中国家企业向全球领先企业获取技术和知识从而提高自身能力提供了一条快车道.但在知识获取过程中,由于各种因素的作用,知识转移难以完全成功.文章以领导型的全球价值链为对象,分析了基于全球价值链的全球领先企业向本土企业的知识转移机制,并从知识转移过程的参与要素入手,分析了领先企业知识转移能力、本土企业吸收能力、知识转移平台、知识本身特性对知识转移有效性的影响,最后给出了全球价值链中知识有效转移的影响体系模型.

Research on Influential Factors of Knowledge Transfer Based on Global Value Chains

The global value chains has provided an express for the enterprises in developing countries to obtain technology and knowledge to improve their innovative abilities.Nevertheless,during the transfer process,the knowledge transfer has been not fully successful as affected by various factors.On the basis of the captive type of global value chains,the mechanism of knowledge transfer from the global leadership to local firm in global value chains is examined.And starting from the effectiveness of knowledge transfer,the involving factors in the process of knowledge transfer,this paper presents a model of the influential factor of knowledge transfer in global value chains.According to the model,the paper analyzes the influence including the transferable capacity of the lead enterprises,the absorption capacity of the local enterprises,the knowledge transfer platform and the traits of the knowledge itself.
