| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康问题、学风问题等是学界长期研究的重要课题,人们通常将问题锁定在学生身上,因此素质教育思想对教育的作用被片面化。文章从战略管理这一新角度来理解素质教育,运用战略管理思维的基本方法,分析得出素质教育中非智力教育的主要内容——人格教育,提出了素质教育"成人-成才-成功"阶段实施模型。并结合教育系统论观点,得出了素质教育在实施过程中应注意的几个方面:教育系统各组成部分如学校、家庭、受教育者和企业的共同作用,受教育者的主体作用,素质教育方式应从灌输转变为服务,高校中"两课"不能包办素质教育等。以期能够以全面的观点看待素质教育及其内容,真正理解和发挥素质教育的巨大作用。
