| 摘 要： | 投资融资化是伴随着直接投资的增加而逐渐产生和发展的.文章通过对投融资内涵和理论创新的分析,指出了中国外商投资企业投资融资化的表现与成因,提出了对投资融资化的法律规制,借以避免其消极影响,促进中国经济的健康发展.

| Abstract: | Accompanied by the increase of foreign direct investment,investment through financing emerged and gradually develops.Based on the analysis of the connotations of investment and finance and related theoretical innovation,and the performance and the causes of the investment through financing of foreign enterprises in China,this paper puts forward the legal regulation to the investment through financing to avoid its negative effects and promote China's economic development. |
