| 摘 要： | 有机化学实验教学是有机化学教育的重要组成部分 ,要培养高素质、高能力的医学人才 ,实验教学改革势在必行。作者就改革实验教学方法、优化实验教学内容和实验条件、加强实验教学管理等方面作了一些改革尝试 ,以求推进有机化学实验教学 ,获得最佳的实验教学效果。

| Abstract: | The experimental teaching is an important part of the education of organic chemistry. The reformation of experimental teaching is especially necessary to train medical personnel with fine qualities and abilities. We made an attempt in reforming the methods, improving the experimental conditions and reinforcing the teaching administration, with a purpose to develop the experimental teaching of organic chemistry and to obtain the best teaching results. |
