| 摘 要： | 本文采用内容分析法,对东西部非公有制企业的人才招聘信息进行抽样调查、定量分析比较,揭示出东西部地区非公有制企业人才观的差异与共性特征,并提出了相应对策建议.

| Abstract: | The author uses content analytical method to compare different job information of non-public enterprises in eastern and western areas of China by sample survey and quantitative analysis. This article discloses the differences and common characters of concepts of talents of non-public enterprises in eastern and western areas of China and the author proposes countermeasures to the problems. |
