学员队管理对培养大学生协作精神作用的实验研究

强化学员队管理 ,对于深化高校素质教育 ,培养学生的协作精神是一个不可忽视的重要环节。本文通过改革学员队管理措施 ,增设交互式活动等方法 ,研究学员队管理对培养协作精神的作用。结果表明 :“学生骨干轮任制”、“帮学对子”、“联谊会”、“树立先进典型”等措施对于培养学生的协作精神均起到了一定的作用 ,其中 ,“树立先进典型”对于提高协作意识 ,改善协作行为效果最为显著。

An Experimental Study of the Effect of the Administrative Management of University Students on the Training of Their Cooperation Spirit

It is an indispensable factor for the further fulfillment of quality education in higher education and the training of the students' cooperation spirit to strengthen the administrative management of university students. A study of the effect of the administrative management of the university students on the training of cooperation spirit by means of the reform of the administrative measurements is performed. The results suggest that the measurements such as "shift of acting as student leader", "pair in learning", "sodality" and "setting up model" can have positive effect on the training of the students' cooperation spirit. Particularly, the last measurement is the most effective one in the enhancement of the sense of cooperation spirit and the improvement of the behaviors of cooperation.
