| 摘 要： | 随着项目管理理论的不断发展,其应用的领域也越来越广泛,在农业基础设施建设中引入项目管理的概念和方法,可以缩短建设工期,减少建设成本,降低风险和减少失误.但是在当前农业基础设施项目管理中却存在管理机构缺乏、前期准备不足、资金使用不规范等一系列问题.文章在分析农业基础设施项目管理中存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的解决措施.
