天津自行车知识产权战略论

天津自行车十几年来取得了很大的成功,受天津自行车协会的委托,通过调研及走访天津几大自行车厂和“王庆坨”,我们发现天津自行车产业仍处在世界自行车产业链的低端,笔者认为提高知识产权保护意识,构建知识产权战略是实现天津自行车产业升级的一个很重要的途径。

A Study on Intellectual Property Strategy of Tianjin Bicycle Industry

Tianjin bicycle industry has made great progress during the last decade,consigned by Tianjin Bicycle Association,on the basis of investigation and research on the several bigger bicycle factories and " Wang qingtuo",we find that Tianjin bicycle industry is still at the bottom of world bicycle industry chain.We suppose that highlighting the concept of intellectual property protection and building up intellectual property strategy is an important way to upgrade Tianjin bicycle industry.
