基于心理契约的企业并购人员动态管理

摘    要:处于并购动荡中的心理契约容易失衡,产生心理契约破裂和违背,进而导致并购整合的危机或失败.从心理契约的定义和基础入手,分析了并购对被并购企业内员工心理契约的影响,针对心理契约的变化提出了人员动态管理模型,并探讨了相应的管理措施.

Abstract:Under the precarious circumstance of merger,the employee's psychological contract is prone to plunge into the conditions of unbalance,breach and violation so as to result in crisis or failure of merger integration.Starting with the definition and basis of psychological contract,the effects of merger on the psychological contract are analyzed for employees in the merged enterprises.Consequently,a dynamic management model is brought forward according to change law of psychological contract in the merger process,and some relevant measures are discussed.
