| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了国外有关学术机构评价的一些重要研究进展,以欧洲发达国家为主,其核心是按照科研绩效来给研究机构分配研究经费.在相关的研究文献中,M Henkel概括了英国高等教育评鉴(RAE)的作用,及其给英国大学、学术界带来的正负双面影响.A Geuna和B R Martin对欧洲及亚太地区12个国家评价大学科研绩效的方法进行比较,其中尤其关注英国的做法,考察按科研绩效给大学拨款的利弊.土耳其的F Senses则从发展中国家的视角,提出了自己的观点.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces some advancement internationally for the evaluation of academic institution,which mainly focuses on the distribution of research funds according to research performance in the developed Europe and some other nations. As for valuable literatures,M Henkel,A Geuna and B R Martin examined the double-edged consequence of research funding according to performance assessment,and F Senses in Turkey provides his own consideration. |
