摘    要:劳动关系的改革是深化国企改革的关键。本文通过对国有企业劳动关系的回顾,分析了国企劳动关系中存在的问题及其历史成因,并从经济和法律角度对国有企业员工和企业的关系定位、推进国企劳动关系的市场化建设以及配套制度改革等几方面,探讨了确立国有企业新型劳动关系需着力解决的几个主要问题。

Abstract:The key to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises is the reform of labor-capital relations. The article analyzes the problems and historical causes existing in the labor-capital relations through the reflections on the labor-capital relations of state-owned enterprises. And through defining the labor-capital relations from the perspective of economy and law, reinforcing market-building of labor-capital relations in state-owned enterprises and a complete set of reforms, it discusses several important problems to be solved in setting up new labor-capital relations of state-owned enterprises.
