Circular Economic Theory and a Comprehensive Fairly-Well-off Society in China

Circular economy is the new economy in 21st century and China should show enough concern to it as China is constructing a comprehensive fairly-well-off society.This paper specifically emphasizes that the circular economy,a new economic development model typical of integration,is a fundamental reformation compared with the traditional economic development model established in 18th century,which is characteristic of the disintegration among the three dimensions of economy,society and environment.The author also expects the birth of a new developing way of modernization in China,which is typical of the harmony among development,wealth and environment.
