| 摘 要： | 本文结合案例从大众传播、人际传播、组织传播等不同层面对现阶段农村公共政策宣传的重要变量——意见领袖进行了探讨和分析,指出意见领袖将凭借其独特的个性在转型社会刚性制度安排不足的框架下及中国农村特色的人际文化中发挥不可忽视的作用。

| Abstract: | The opinion-leader, the important variable in the process of propagating the public policy, will be discussed with cases in this essay at different levels, such as public, interpersonal and organic communication. It points out that in the interpersonal culture with Chinese characteristics and in the framework of the transitional society with rigid system inadequately arranged, the opinion-leader will be effective by taking advantage of his/her unique personality. |
