| 摘 要： | 在法治国家,法学教育是我国法学发展的基地,法学教育与社会实践的契合是至关重要的.针对传统法学教育的不足,法学教育改革在教学内容、教学方法等方面提出了新的目标.法学实验室教育是新型的教学实验模式,模拟法庭作为其不可或缺的一部分,发挥着重要的作用.本文着重讨论模拟法庭教学模式的运行过程及实现教育改革目的的作用.

| Abstract: | In a country under the rule of law,legal education is the base of the legal development.Therefore,it is of great importance to combine legal education with social practice.On account of the insufficient traditional legal education,the reform of legal education designs new targets in teaching contents and methods.The laboratory education of law major is a new mode of experimental teaching and the moot court,as an indispensible part of it,plays an important role.The thesis will explore the operational process of the new teaching mode and its role in achieving the goal of the teaching reform. |
