劳动力市场分割条件下大学生就业难的原因探析

本文从劳动力需求和制度角度分析我国大学生就业难的主要原因是劳动力市场的分割 ,一方面 ,非正规劳动力市场的不规范 ,不能为求职者提供较好的就业环境和工资待遇 ,因而大学生不愿到非正规部门就业 ;另一方面受正规部门发展所限 ,正规劳动力市场对大学生的需求增长缓慢 ,正规部门职位的供给远远不能满足大学生的就业需求。因此 ,必须规范非正规劳动力市场 ,增强正规劳动力市场的就业吸纳能力 ,以缓解大学生就业压力

Probe into Graduates Employment Difficult under Labor Market Segmentation

With the expanding in colleges and universities, graduates employment difficulty becomes more and more serious. Based on the recent results of Labor market segmentation in Labor economics, this article probe the reason of graduates employment difficulty: the demand to graduates can't match the supply in primary segments, meanwhile the secondary segments is lack of normalization. The solution is enlarge primary segments and normalize secondary segments.
