| 摘 要： | 农村基础设施是农村经济社会发展和农民生产生活改善的重要物质基础,加大农村基础设施建设投资能够促进农村经济社会的全面发展.然而农村基础设施建设投资需求与资金供给的矛盾十分突出,辽宁省农村基础设施建设投资状况就充分说明了这一点.针对这一矛盾,本文提出了在现有的财政体制下,加大农村基础设施资金投入的财政政策.

| Abstract: | Rural infrastructure is the most important material foundation to develop agricultural economy and improve farmers' living conditions.Increasing investment in rural infrastructure can promote rural economy and social development.But now the capital supply for rural infrastructure is very short in existing fiscal system,so it is necessary to study fiscal policy about investment in rural infrastructure. |
