摘    要:本文从组织行为学的角度对个体心理边界问题进行了理论探讨,提出个体心理边界是企业心理边界研究的一个基本命题.在组织中,影响个体心理边界形成的主要因素是自我概念、认知方式、工作价值观与工作满意感.本文探讨了目前学术界对个体心理边界研究应加强的领域,如个体的人格特质、情绪情感、文化价值取向等因素对个体心理边界的形成与变化有着重要的影响.

Abstract:The paper carries through the theoretical discussion on individual psychological boundary from the point of view of organizational behavior,and then it puts forward such standpoint that individual psychological boundary is one basic proposition for enterprise psychological boundary research. In organizations,the main factor that may influence the individual psychological boundary is self-concept,cognitive style,job value and job satisfaction as well.The purpose of the paper is to make further discussion on the fields that should be attached more importance to,such as personality,emotion and affection,culture orientation and value orientation,which may affect individual psychological boundary greatly in the process of its formation,development and transformation.
