| 摘 要： | 本文是对英国地方政府缋效评估体系改革情况进行实地考察并对中国开展政府绩效评估改革试点调研的阶段性成果.本文分析了英国现行地方政府绩效评估体系的主要特点、改革的动因和改革的主要内容,进而提出对中国地方政府绩效管理可资借鉴的主要方面.

| Abstract: | This paper is a stage achievement examining the British local government's reform practically and investigating experimentally the reform of evaluating government performance in China. The paper analyzes the main characteristics of current local government performance assessment system, the motives and main contents of the reform in the UK. Then the main aspects that Chinese local government can learn in performance management are presented. |
