| 摘 要： | 中国农村环境问题已经成为危及农民身体健康和财产安全的重要因素,制约着农村经济社会的可持续发展,并且通过＂米袋子＂、＂菜篮子＂影响到城市的发展。中国农村环境问题的形成是多方面因素共同起作用的结果,既有农村经济发展不足、不当和农民传统的生产方式和生活方式影响的经济根源,也有政府环境管理行为不当和城乡二元社会结构影响的政治根源,还有农民价值取向和农民环境意识淡薄等更为深刻的社会意识根源。

| Abstract: | The problem of China’s rural environment has become an important factor that threatens the health and the property safety of farmers,and it not only restricts the sustainable development of rural areas,but also affects that of cities through the so-called ＂rice bag＂and ＂vegetable basket＂.Our country’s rural environmental problem is a result of multiple factors including backward rural economy,improper environmental management of government,and the farmers’poor environmental awareness. |
