| 摘 要： | 金融决策的正确与否对于经济增长起着直接的决定作用,而完善的金融决策体系是保证金融决策科学化的必要条件,科学化的金融决策程序是决定金融决策正确与否的关键。本文重点研究了如何建设科学化的金融决策体系,并按照科学金融决策程序进行决策,以期达到构建和谐金融秩序的目的。
