| 摘 要： | 要实现高等教育大众化背景下思想政治教育的创新,必须对大学生群体的思想特点的原因有全面深刻的把握;本文重点从探索和建立高校思想政治教育的新机制,加强高校思想政治教育课程体系的建设,制定相应的政策措施和操作办法,对不同高校的不同大学生进行分层分类教育,加强高校思想政治教育队伍建设,坚持教育与教育内部的各个因素相协调,营造优良的学校育人环境,建立大学生诚信档案等方面,提出了加强高校大学生思想政治教育工作的对策思路。

| Abstract: | A thorough and comprehensive understanding of the causes of the ideological characteristics of college students as a group is required for bringing forth new ways of ideological and political education in the background of popularization of higher education. The present paper proposes some strategies of strengthening ideological and political education at college level in terms of policy-making, new mechanism, curriculum build-up, operating system, classified education, faculty training, internal coordination, educational environment and credibility record. |
