| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业集群是提升国际竞争力和区域经济增长的重要源泉,其与区域国际竞争力的关系密切,利用并推进高新技术产业集群的发展是提升辽宁省国际竞争力的重要途径。本文基于社会资本的视角,从网络、信任和规范几个维度出发,分析了辽宁省在建设高新技术产业集群以提升国际竞争力的过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的可行性建议。
