壮大辽宁省县域经济的几点思考

党的“十六大”提出“壮大县域经济”的号召,把发展县域经济放置到全面推进小康社会的重要地位。大力发展县域经济对于辽宁老工业基地的振兴更是意义重大。本文针对辽宁县域经济的不均衡发展现状,从加快县域行政管理体制改革、规划和优化经济结构与布局、构建中小产业集群等几方面提出了突破辽宁省县域经济发展瓶颈的思路和途径。

Ideas about Expanding Intra-county Economies

The Party's Sixteenth National congress has proposed the policy of expanding intra-county economies and considered the development of economy as the most important issue in achieving moderate prosperity in China in an all-round way.It is of great significance for the old industrial base of Liaoning to expand intra-county economies.This thesis tries to discuss the ideas and ways to solve the problems about the reforms of the county management,the restructuring of the economic framework and setting up moderate and small enterprise groups.
