高校基层党组织及党员考核评价体系构建研究

对高校基层党组织及党员的考核评价是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。构建科学的考核评价体系,对加强高校党建工作具有重要意义。高校基层党组织及党员考核评价体系主要体现在确立考核评价主体、制订考核评价指标、选择考核评价方法以及对被考核对象进行客观公正评价等4个方面。本研究通过实证研究方法,结合高校组织工作实际,对高校基层党组织及党员考核评价体系的构建进行了初步探讨,以求能为高校党建工作提供参考。

On the Construction of Evaluation System of Basic-level Party Organizations and Party Members in Colleges and Universities

The evaluation of basic-level party organizations and party members in colleges and universities is an important part of the party building work in colleges and universities.Establishing scientific evaluation system,is of great significance for promoting party building in universities.The evaluation system of basic-level party organizations and party members in colleges and universities is mainly embodied by the establishment of evaluation body,the design of evaluation index,the selection of the method of examination and evaluation as well as the objective and fair evaluation of an object.Combined with college organization working practice,the study employs empirical research methods,and makes a preliminary exploration into the construction of evaluation system of basic-level party organizations and party members in colleges and universities so as to provide reference for party construction in colleges and universities.
