论多边与区域贸易体制的相互影响

稳定的贸易秩序仍需要多边贸易体制调整，而多边贸易制度并不仅仅由《世界贸易协定》（WTO协定）单独构成，事实上还有一些其他的多边贸易法律形式。但由于《世界贸易协定》的广泛影响，它目前实际上是多边贸易制度的重要内容。尽管世界贸易组织（WTO）没有全面具体的规范区域贸易制度，但是，世界贸易组织在协议文件中，承认了贸易区域化的现实，这对于多边贸易的体制运作，产生重要影响。现时，区域经济贸易与多边贸易进程相伴随，因此，多边贸易体制争区域经济合作体制并存且发生影响。
