| 摘 要： | 宋代城镇人口增加,居住密集,因而火灾较多。与此相应,人们的消防意识增强,宋朝官方也采取了多方面消防措施,颁行了相关制度和法令,其中就包括对官员火灾责任追究的规定。宋朝将防范火灾明确列入有关官员的职责内,对发生火灾后由谁主持救火、应追究哪些官员的责任,怎样确定惩处的轻重等都有规定。在分析宋代官员火灾问责规定的同时,也通过文献记载中的实例,考察这些规定的实行情况。

| Abstract: | The people living in country increased,the place became denseness,so the conflagration increased accordingly in Song Dynasty.People’s consciousness of fireproofing enhanced,in that condition,the government of Song Dynasty issued correlative law,which included the regulation fireproofing responsibility that were who firing,what the officers’ burden,how to penalized officers.This article researches the officers’ responsibility in firing,meanwhile,through the examples in literature reviews these laws. |
