| 摘 要： | 正义既是诉讼得以产生和存在的基点,同时又是诉讼的归宿所在。因此,相对于其他社会领域而言,在诉讼领域人们往往更加注重对正义的关注和追求。诉讼对正义的实现途径的是多视角和多层面的,研究诉讼对正义的实现途径有助于更全面探知和把握诉讼的本质。

| Abstract: | Justice is the basic point that the lawsuit can be produced and stood on, at the same time it is the home of the lawsuit. So, as to other social fields, people often pay more attention to the concern about justice and pursue further in the field of lawsuit. The realization way to justice of lawsuit is multifaceted, studying it would contribute to exploring and grasping the nature of lawsuit comprehensively. |
