| 摘 要： | 随着关税壁垒和非关税壁垒在国际贸易中的地位逐渐削弱,发达国家凭借其在技术和资金上的优 势,设置技术壁垒,保护国内产业,阻碍国际贸易的正常运行。分析国际技术壁垒的新趋势,通过理论与实 证分析技术壁垒对中国出口产品的出口量和出口额的影响,提出中国跨越国外技术壁垒的途径。

| Abstract: | As the role of tariff barrier and non-tariff in the international trade is declining, the developed countries depend on advantage in technology and capital to protect national industries and to hold back the normal international trade by technical barrier to trade. The thesis analyzes the new tendency of international technical barrier. Through theoretical and empirical analysis, it concludes that technical barrier to trade imposes great effect on quantity and value of China's export, it discusses the ways of China's breaking through foreign technical barrier to trade. |
