| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the tide of knowledge economy, the enterprise should pay attention to the manpower knowledge capital.This paper discusses the connotation of manpower knowledge capital,explains its characteistics,and analyzes its influence on the enterprise .From such analysis,the paper put forward some suggestions on the management of manpower knowledge capital in the enterprise. |
