| 摘 要： | 通过引入财政支出效率因素和规模因素,构建了一个具有拥挤性质的经济增长模型。并在该模型的分析框架中解析了财政支出对资本边际产出的作用机制,及其对经济增长的影响作用。同时从理论上探寻了影响财政支出对资本边际产出作用的因素。

| Abstract: | With the introduction of the factors of the efficiency and scale of financial expenditure,the author constructs an economic growth model with congestion.Based on the model,the author analyzes the mechanism of financial expenditure affecting capital marginal putout and the economic growth.By the way the author explores the factors of affecting financial expenditure and capital marginal putout. |
