发展循环经济实现经济与环境的"双赢"

循环经济的重要标志 ,是优质资源总量包括优质生态和环境总量不减少或增加。实施循环经济发展战略不仅有利于促进经济、社会和资源、环境的可持续发展 ,而且还可以实现经济与环境的“双赢”。我国作为一个人口大国 ,要想建立一个资源环境低负荷的社会经济体系 ,走“循环经济”之路就显得更为迫切。如何发展循环经济 ,实现经济与环境的“双赢” ,是本文研究的中心。

To Achieve "Double-win" of Economy and Environment by Developing Circular Economy

It is circular economy's important symbol that the total of high_quality resources ,including the total amount of high_quality ecosystem and environment,does not reduce or increase. The implementing of circular economy strategy is not only beneficial to the sustainable development of economy, society, resources and environment, but can also realize the " double_win" of the economy and environment. As a big country with large population, it seems to be more urgent for our country to take the road of circular economy if we want to establish the social and economic system which consumes less resources and puts less pressure on the environment. In this thesis we focus on how to realize the "double_win" of economy and environment by developing circular economy.
