| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代中期以来,在国际政治局势日趋缓和与经济全球化加速发展的大背景的有力推动下,区域经济一体化高潮再起,不仅区域经济一体化协议和经济联合组织在数量上猛增和规模上不断扩大,而且在体制、机制等方面出现多样化和跃进的变革创新,出现了一系列十分突出的,能给人以启示的重要发展趋势和崭新特点,从全球化的视野探讨了这些新趋势和新特点。
